I know that feeling because I once stood exactly where you are.

From Canada to the Caribbean

I was born and raised in Montreal, Canada. I built a career in psychology and high-ticket sales. On paper, everything looked successful. But deep down, I knew I wasn’t meant to build my life in grey winters and from behind a computer screen all day.

I first came to Mexico on vacation to help a friend find an Airbnb investment property in Playa del Carmen.

And something happened.

From the moment I stepped off the plane, I felt it: warmth in the air, warmth in the people, warmth in the way life moved. I didn’t just enjoy Mexico. I felt at home.

By 2021, I made the move.

And that decision changed everything.

Today, I’m the Founder and Managing Director of Paradise Listings, a boutique real estate agency in the Riviera Maya that I built alongside my husband, Javier, who runs a successful law firm specializing in real estate law.

But beyond advising clients, I am also a real estate investor myself.

I’ve purchased property here.
I’ve renovated.
I’ve evaluated rental returns.
I’ve navigated due diligence.
I’ve made investment decisions with my own capital.
